Christina Aguilar holds a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and brings more than three decades of dedicated service to the mental health and addictions field. Throughout her career, she has worked across diverse clinical settings, supporting individuals, families, and communities through some of their most challenging moments. Christina is credentialed as a CRADC and is fully licensed as a mental health counselor in Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan, reflecting her commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professional practice across multiple states.
With more than twenty years of direct counseling experience, Christina has facilitated both individual and group therapy focused on relapse prevention, coping skills development, cognitive behavioral interventions, and solution-focused strategies. Her clinical work is informed by evidence-based practices and shaped by her ability to build authentic, trusting relationships with clients. Christina is known for her steady presence, her ability to attune to clients’ needs, and her skill in helping individuals identify strengths, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change.
